YES!

Please note: Only Shepherd University students, faculty and staff can use mobile printing.

To use mobile printing, you will need to send the document(s) you want to print as attachment(s) to printBW@shepherd.edu or printColor@shepherd.edu (for black and white, and color respectively) from your Shepherd email.

Here are the steps:

1. Login to your Shepherd email.
2. Start a new message
To: printBW@shepherd.edu (for black and white) OR printColor@shepherd.edu (for color)
    Subject: Not required
Attachment: Attach the file(s) you want to print. Maximum is 2 documents. If you have more than 2, send more emails. Please note: documents online, like OneDrive or Google Docs, must be downloaded to the hard drive before attaching.
Email Body: Keep it empty (no words, images or signatures), otherwise it will be sent as a page.
The supported file formats: Microsoft Office® documents
                                                   Microsoft Outlook® files
                                                   PDF files
                                                   Images (JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP)
Text files (CSV, RTF & TXT)
                                                   OpenOffice documents
3. Send and wait for the confirmation email (normally it just takes a few seconds). Make sure there is a green check mark in the status field next to your file name.
4. Go to the printers near the Public Services Desk or the B&W printer on the 3rd floor.
5. Swipe your Rambler card and make sure you have enough money on your card.
6. Select your job from the print queue and print.
7. Click on the   button on the bottom of the screen to log out after you are done.
